what shipping method do you use?
all sticker-only orders have free shipping and shipped via USPS with stamp postage. this shipping method does not include tracking and takes about 1-2 weeks to deliver within the U.S. international orders could take anytime between 1-4 weeks to deliver. if you would like tracked shipping with your order, make sure to choose the USPS ground advantage option at checkout.
any orders that include non-sticker items will be shipped via USPS ground advantage.
when will my order arrive?
please allow 3-7 days for me to process your order. orders within the U.S. arrive within 1-2 weeks and international orders arrive within 1-4 weeks after being shipped out.
what if my package is lost?
once orders are shipped out, it is out of my control what happens to them. i am unable to take responsibility for lost packages. i recommend contacting USPS for assistance.
what if my package arrives damaged?
if your package arrives damaged in the mail, please email me a photo of your item(s) at lumishowse@gmail.com so we can reach a solution!
do you accept returns/refunds/cancellations?
i do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations. all sales are final. please review your order carefully before purchasing.
